A vital aspect of health is trusting life itself. It is trusting that every event that ever happens to us or around us is here to evolve us. Hindsight has taught me this. I admit though that when I was in the thick of challenges, I couldn't always see it. Every now and then this knowledge would surface though and help me stay true to my path.
I made a decision a few months back to not look at anyone else's content, to stop looking at youtubes and to stop being obsessed with the outer information on Earth's progress and transition. I found that tuning into it myself with my regular meditation practice was giving me a different story to those that create a large presence on the internet.
Our collective thoughts are powerful. The information generated on the internet causes emotional responses that are often fear based. I sense there are many people who are constantly in need of reassurance about a big event or a massive change that suddenly comes upon us all and miraculously moves us to a place somewhat like nirvana or eternal bliss.
I used to be like this myself in my desperation. It only really shows doubt and a lack of trust in life itself. Living is a process of growing and evolving. Evolution happens in its own sweet time. Life can be trusted to move us to evolve. Part of evolution is to learn to trust life itself, that it is here to help us and not to harm us.
As adults, we have a co-creative ability to thought form our reality. Evolution may move us through our trauma and pains of the past to a place of balance and harmony. Creating balance and harmony is an inside job. As intelligent systems ourselves, just like our planet Earth, as we flow with time and nature and trust life, we naturally evolve into a place of balance and harmony.
All our answers may be found within us. Our answers are potentially distorted in the quest to looking at outer content to monitor ourselves, the Earth and life itself. Our beautiful planet is a living and sentient being that is keen to communicate with us. We all receive her messages in our unique way. Let's return to the love that we are, to inner-sense and trust in the divine will of creation - ourselves - and so it is.
