It's 9 Ben/Reed today in the sacred Mayan count of spiralling and uplifting time.  This is time that is creative, healing, restorative and evolutionary.  The ninth day of the Chicchan/Serpent trecena has the energy of completion of cycles that enliven our vital life force, boost creativity in alignment to the creative energy of the wave like motion of time.  We hone our physical instincts.

The energy is very feminine and of the home.  It is protective and will bring truth into awareness through the speaking up for causes that may bring healing change to our families and communities.  When we are fully present, channelling energy through our physical being, we are anchored into the loving unconditional core of our mother planet.  I love it.  Spend time here to heal and revitalise.

Energy flows from the earth and from the heavens.  Just as a reed is planted in the soil, it is receptive to the nourishment there and grows towards the heavens, receptive to the nourishment and energy there.  The energy is highly charged and cosmic now as the spin of time increases and propels disharmony and imbalance outward to be seen and transmuted. 

It's awakening many people and the awakening, although difficult to comprehend when truth is seen, is putting us into a position of response ability guided by our centre, which is the heart.  As we spiral through the many cycles of the Mayan calendar there is massive activity that is liberating us into freedom.

I am observing more and more people now standing in presence and addressing causes, as the darkest roots of agendas that have been previously hidden are being laid bare for all to see and heal.  All of this is part of our human experience and consciousness and the only ones who can heal it is us.  It is our response ability, no matter how dense it may appear to be.

As people stand in their presence, grounded in the Earth, they are speaking from their hearts to protect children, people, environments and all that matters.  Many people now have got past the rage and anger that can come with the revelations of the predicament we have been experiencing.  The heart is prevailing and the cycles are closing and new beginnings are being born.

As we attend to causes for the highest good of creation, first comes awareness, then inner standing and also forgiveness.  Forgiveness is not pardoning.  We are all answerable for our actions.  We all have the ability to lighten our loads, have compassion on ourselves and others and enter into the ways of loving unconditionally.  

Unconditional love doesn't hate.  It doesn't even hate the perpetrator or control systems.  It will speak truth about it, expose it and open a way for healing to happen.  If we are raging against the government, the systems of control, etc, we're still healing but maybe we are not taking full response ability yet. 

Perhaps we still feel like controlled victims and desperate, but keep talking anchored from within to our planet.  I do what I do for Papatūānuku (Pachamama, Earth Mother) as I am one with her and so are you.  The liberation of our planet is also the liberation of ourselves.

As we meditate in the heart, live by it, we have a peace and surety that love will prevail.  I get lost and have to come back to this continually. Our actions come out of this.  We observe ourselves and others without allowing our mind to fret and worry. I am working on this too. Remember, we only can comprehend with the mind in part and we will never see the complete picture of truth there.  

Some people have hope in political leaders and others don't and this is because the piece of the picture that is seen is in part.  It's not right or wrong.  It just is. For me, I will continue to have hope in the natural cycles of time, the intelligence of a universe that is balancing and harmonising itself and that I am one with and in the fullest expressions and states of love.  My heart reassures me constantly.

I'll live moment by moment, going through my lot and it is very challenging for me too right now as I find my way.  It is only my heart that gives me peace, that is aware of that balance and harmony is possible within the all of existence.  Everyone is valuable, and this also includes those who challenge us most.  They are a part of the all, so the answer is to find balance and harmony.  We can't get rid of anything.

We are learning our grandest lessons now as a human family as we cannot help but have epxeriences within the state that we are in together.  We are learning what it takes to really love and what an absence of love is like.  Of course, there isn't really an absence of love.  It's just a perception of the mind.

​The greatest thing we can do is to make the shift within ourselves to liberate all energy to flow freely for everyone and everything.  We each do our part within an united wholeness. May you be loved and blessed as you do - and so it is

8 Eb/Road is here today to balance, harmonise and justify our journey on this divine road that we have chosen to walk on in this epic time of purification and transformation that is part of our birthing into celebration.  We are in the very physical and intense trecena of Chicchan/Serpent.

We each walk our personal journeys and we also share an epic journey through an epic cycle with our mother planet, precious Papatūānuku (Pachamama, Earth Mother). 

A few years ago I met the spirit of Papatūānuku.  She was so happy to have finally connected with me and she had a lot to share with me.  She shared my purpose with me.  She told me that she and I healed the same things together at the same time.  I know there are others like me too.  We chose this path out of great love for all of creation.

She showed me what appeared to me as a opalescent kind of a lake and in the lake was the sum total of every experience in perfect balance and harmony.  She invited me to swim in it and it was pure bliss, then she told me we had work to do, but while we did, even though we may not always feel each other, we were always connected. 

I am trying write my experience in words and it's a little different from the felt telepathic message I had at the time.  The work that had to be done felt extreme because it was the healing of separation, division, trauma, fear and doubt, etc.

So, I've just come through an epic point in the journey and I KNOW that the densest and deepest core wounding within our planet, her consciousness and ours has just had a huge release.  For me, it took some sleep deprivation and huge physical discomfort to access, observe and infuse the loving power of my heart into this wound.

I know that many of you do this side by side with me and Papatūānuku and that we are way showers and awakeners.  It can be intense and challenging and what gives me peace, is that we do this for our planet and for the all.  I myself though, am learning just like others of you, to share this load and not to feel that I am the only one who has to do this.

A lot of my journey has been healing severe trauma in isolation, and now when severe memories come up, I am reaching out and the support I am receiving is helping to dissipate the densest and most negative energies more quickly and thoroughly than I could on my own.

We as a human family, thrive together in the love and support of one another.  Each one of us may rotate and hold the lead, just as Canadian geese fly in formation and rest in the uplift winds of the ones who take the lead, and when they need to rest, they fly to the back of the formation.  As a team they can fly extremely great distances together because they are balanced and harmonised. 

They are instinctively intelligent.  They are getting places because they are flying to a destination together.  They are present in the journey and it is the journey that is the focus and not the destination.  The destination is sure to be great because of the harmonisation and balance that was shared to get there.

We may do this too.  Many people have been awake to the great global agendas, aware of a few who as in this picture, sit upon a monopoly board, controlling who OWN's property, dividends, stock, amenities, who goes to jail, who goes free, who wins and who loses.  Game is up and over folks and there is just one thing left for us to do together.  They even call themselves the crown, like they have usurped the authority of the sun, but under the natural sun we are all sovereign and may all be free.

It is time for us to stand now on the Earth, the ground of our being, with our mother, Papatūānuku who would like us to live in direct connection with her and the abundant nature she gives us to nurture, feed and love us.  She would like us keep travelling this journey with harmony and balance to throw the ruler-ship of the global elite controlling wannabes off of her and us. 

They have nowhere to hide now and no place to go, because their 'ships' are seen and known, their ways seen and made obsolete through us.  It is not by any warring or opposition on our part, but rather through a great surrender into our hearts and a releasing of the holds of our minds that were controlled or governed by them for past survival. 

Heart leading and mind following is like finding the middle ground of freedom.  It is the integration of the opposing forces that finds its balance.  Both have been needed to give us the experience of the all, to come to a place of integrity out of the chaos.  We have been finding order in our BEing.

Paptūānuku would like to be free and it is our time to free ourselves, together, as one, in love, compassion, unity, harmony and balance.  All it takes now, is the groundedness of our BEing grounded in the ground of her being.  Connect with her and with her human family, recognising every soul as equal and worthy. 

Feel into the love of her trees and you will feel into the love her being.  They connect us with her, for free and as you still yourself and connect with your heart, you will find guidance that is of the heavens, the higher frequencies we are spiralling up into as we ascend in true time, on a true path, in a true way, with our beautiful mother Earth.

Sometimes as we approach a new point in our destination, having endured for a long time, it may feel as if we are almost at the summit of a mountain, so let's take those steps together now that are needed to arrive in harmony.  We are one.  We are equal.  We are sovereign.  Love prevails and celebrations are coming - and so it is - it is done!!! 

7 Chuen/Monkey is the energy of the day in the sacred Aztec Mayan count.  It is the energy of the magic of weaving time in spiralling and wave like motion that sits at the centre of the Chicchan/Serpent trecena, whose energy is related to the creation of time.  Today monkey adds magic within the creation of time.

As time has quickened due to an epic cycle/spiralling of time, an ascension process, I see the frequency of time as foundational now to the emergence of freedom for all of creation that is with Papatūānuku (Pachamama, Earth Mother).  

It is centering us in our heart energy as the mental energy that has dominated a patriarchal world is having to cede to the heart, to divine will and return to inner sense (innocence) to experience freedom.  It is freedom that takes place in nature that may just have the effect on us again, to sing, to dance, to create, to play, to be, to have fun and experience the wonder of all that is natural.

This is my desire.   As soon as the shift to the return to living by the heart has taken a hold with enough of humanity, we will return to equality and the truth.  The illusion of inequality will self-destruct within human consciousness and the truth that we as humans are all equal souls of equal value, all contributing to life will be re-membered.  This will guide our lives. 

Our hearts contain this knowledge, that we are all one of the original tree of life of creation, every limb of that tree having a life and a function that is FOR life.  Here all dreams are honoured, all heart desires met, all equal.  Within this growth of life, we are centered and balanced within the wisdom of the heart, one with all the directions that begin, wisen, transform and mature evolution.

The major terror event that happened on the land and soil of my mother land, Aotearoa (commonly known as New Zealand), has caused a deep searching and a review of 'isms' and what it is that divides us.  Globalism has been seen by many as a divisive tool where one set of rules (man imposed legislation) is set to rule everyone causing marginalisation, silencing and the oppression of many.

This is NOT natural and is not a part of our planets will.  It is an illusion that has been cast over the Earth, in artificial grids of artificial time and artificial governance by artificial means and it is TIME for it to leave.  When it does, the rich and the poor will have to learn how to live again according to nature's lore. 

Nature's lore will prevail except for those who have chosen the technological path of destruction over the natural lore of life.  Those who separate with isms, status, hierarchies and competitive control systems are actually all in the same process of having to face the shadows that do not affirm life and correct them or not.

It is only the mind that separates us and causes us to favour or hate.  That is why government is called that, because 'ment' is of the mind and it is the mind that the partriarchal system has captured in governance (ruling/controlling), that has been leading our planet and her creation on a potentially destructive path.

Within us though, and our planet which we are one with, is our heart centre.  It is the place of love where all possibilities for life, healing, compassion, for giving, joy, play and magic are present.  All we have to do is choose the ways of love that are guided by our hearts.  In nature and meditation we access love. 

We have the qualities of love like strength, power, wisdom, intelligence, passion and stability to LIVE LIFE, to be a part of nature, as one, together.  We may express our authenticity from here and harmonise with nature and humanity, because it's simple.  All we have to do is love one another, ourselves, our planet.

So let's each look within ourselves, beyond the veils of illusion of an outer imposed world.  Let's see where any traces of hate, judgement and inequality are, so they may be released as the mind lets them go and the heart creates what is alignment with the divine will of creation of life.

Yes, we perceive perpetrators in our worlds and I have perceived many in my life and still recovering from disharmony and imbalance that was destructive.  I survived and it is in the past.  Now I heal because I take response ability from the loving guidance of my heart.

Those who may have persecuted me are answerable to their actions, just as I am answerable to mine.  I no longer wish to see it in terms of light and dark, good and bad, right and wrong.  I now see it is as experiences that have taught me how to live and how to love.  Love is all that matters!!!

A mind that is not guided by the heart is filled with duality, isms, division and judgements.  The heart knows the truth of the equality of every living thing and will find the balance and harmony within it by being true to itself.  The spin of time will continue to force the mind to surrender and the heart to love and guide life.

We will find the greatest ease and freedom as it does, by BEing in it, accessing love and BEing it.  In truth that is what we are.  Love is the fullness of every experience integrated, producing the outcome of pure and authentic expression that supports life - and so it is.

That's the magic!  May we soon be singing, dancing, celebrating, playing, enjoying, loving, living, laughing in the pure freedom that is ready to spring forward from our hearts.  It's there.  We are magical co-creators and love is the highest resonance of creation with more frequent connections at any one point than any other state that has a void of it.  Love prevails.

The consciousness of "Spiraling Time" gives you a lot to be positive and excited about, because you are not bound in linear time. Spiraling Time aligns you to your spiritual growth. By being aligned to the spin of Time we are automatically centered in the heart and are hence living without attachment to outcome. What is not aligned in the Hearts central fire feels the weight of the outer world that lives off sync from the Will of the Creator of Divine Time.


Our consciousness only has the ability to be conscious to a certain degree, this degree of consciousness is what our mind is aware of, the most important understanding of this "degree" is to look "within" to create the outer reality.


The veils that previously closed the mind off from its alignment with the heart are continuously lifting. The newly activated NINTH WAVE of evolution is awakening the conscious mind to see what is happening on Earth, and that what is happening we are doing to ourselves, the acuteness of the sound of the Cosmic frequency of the Ninth Wave allows for our sensitivity to hear the First Songs of Time that emanate from the age when their were no veils blocking our minds alignment with the heart.


The first songs of time hold the original memory of Creation encoded in the Mayan calendar.
The multidimensional Light frequency of the Heart holds the original memory of Time. The ceremonial Songs of the ancestors honored Time, this has been vital for our Mind to be tuned into the growth process of the evolution of the Universe.


I have been sensing that my reality is changing, we are evolving at an accelerated rate, faster than ever before, it is part of a grand Cosmic design to allow for the Mind of the physical dimension to be at peace with itself.


The brain wave frequency of the mind is having a hard time keeping up, we are being Divinely pulled to the center. Creations default setting is kicking in, the heart is taking over. The evolution of life is changing you to be true to your original memory.


Inevitability the human mind is growing to live on higher and higher levels of awareness, this process is quite overwhelming and is causing many people to spin out, but at the same time creation is spinning in, into the Heart center, it's not something we can understand scientifically, it's only understood spiritually, meaning that as we surrender to the unknown spiritual growth we are advancing by, we understand the change as a mysterious vibration that those who are sensitive to can feel. To stay true and balanced everything is having to move to the center of its evolutionary spin, and spiral itself higher.


Over the last few years the mind is all of a sudden having to adjust to something it can't adjust to unless it chooses to honour the original agreements of Creation and becomes ally's with the highest frequency of the Heart, and gives itself to this very high vibration of truth and flawless love.


Not many are sensitive, but many on a subconscious level know that something is about to happen, what is happening to the mind of the collective consciousness is a gradual unfolding, if we evolved to quick we might not cope, in this way Creation has designed ITSELF to be safeguarded from destroying itself, the code that destiny unfolds humanity and all Creation to live by is embed in the Original MEMORY of Time, the sequences of this can be understood in the calendar systems of Central America, sacredly held by the Maya, Aztec and other indigenous day Keepers of Cosmic Time.


This organic timing sequence is of a biological resonance that when aligned to helps your journey to understand it's destiny. It's like when you walk through a forest, to remember your way out you leave a trail of bread crumbs, the Mayan calendar information has been purposefully left as a path of LIGHT for us to remember our way out of the maze and untangle ourselves from the crows nest of immature Time.

Today is the Mayan day of 4 Lamat/Star in the Aztec sacred count.  It is the fourth day of the Serpent/Chicchan trecena of renewing, restoring, revitalising life force.  Serpent is very physical and very rhythmic.  It is grounded and close to Earth with a clear energy channel through it's physical being that also accesses heavenly insight.

When we come purely into our physical human body and disengage the mind, we become peaceful observers of all that is.  We feel the body, attend to the senses and find ways to get the energy flow that gives us vital life force to move freely again.  Yoga, in the true sense brings me back to this.

This is also what is needed for our planet and all of existence now.  When we feel and sense in the body and all energy is flowing through our centre, our heart, all loops around in a complete way to bring wholeness.  Every sense is given time and observed and out of that observation, instincts for the highest good are produced.

Observing, feeling and sensing is the ultimate in tolerance.  I see that there is still a lot of duality yet to heal, to bring all into one.  I am observing that and tolerating it.  I tolerate best in the peace and sanctity of my heart.  My heart reassures me all is well, even through great challenge.

Remember, that our minds have dominated life for eons now, over and above the heart and what a mess it has left.  It is within the heart that we connect with the divine will of the creator and it is with our mind, that we receive the guidance that it brings. The mind does well when it serves the heart. 

It is possible to have a humble mind.  Out of fear and the trauma of the past, it will play up and we may wobble and fall every now and then too.  Just come back to the heart and remind the mind of its place and that it is welcome to serve the heart, to be love too, and to take action that is loving.

As we move with the creation of time and synchronise with nature, we bring ourselves back to the beginning. The beginning is the heart based way of loving, compassion and tolerance.  Tolerance is deeper than it may appear. 

Tolerance is the ability to see beyond others actions and deeds and find peace no matter what.  It's a place of love.  I know, because there is an absence of fear when it really is there.  Here we may find a point of complete unity and this is what we may build and grow.

Tolerance may well lead to justice.  As our physical systems are going through a grand purification time and we are truly tolerant, truly compassionate, expressing life through our hearts instinctively in the moment, in true time, one with nature, one with Papatūānuku (Pachamama, Earth Mother), we then have a complete foundation for unity to prevail and for justice to be done for the highest good of all of creation.

Today, we have the energy of Star with us to live our frequency higher again.  As we lift our frequency, the dross or density of the past may sometimes be sensed strongly.  We may feel we are being pulled into density.  Observe it, be tolerant and know through the loving power of your heart that something is here to be unblocked.

As the blockage is released, just like the dead skin that the Serpent releases after it is used, newness and vitality returns.  For each one of us who has the wisdom, strength and courage of heart to be this, to do this, even at a physical level, we do it for the all. 

The physical can be seen as the most dense part of our being, so here we have just what we need to access, sense and do the work of gaining vital life force, for ourselves and when it is for ourselves, naturally it flows on to others and from others it extends out and out, creating newness.

May we keep ascending in frequency, shedding the old, revitalising and building newness, love and life from the most dense parts of our existence.  Let's be grateful that we can and as we doubt or wobble, come back again, and again to the heart.  May all the new originate from our hearts for the good of all life and creation now and so it is.

​Today is a day to give form to the newness of vital life force through the uplifting resonance that is produced through our hearts.

2 Cimi/Death is an energy of surrender, death of the old, opportunity for new beginnings to evolve as we let what no longer serves go.  This is the second day of the Serpent trecena and we are here to restore vital life force.  Vital life force means peace, freedom and love may be infused through our entire physical system.

Our outer world reflects our inner world.  The people of Palestine are bringing forth their pleas for help. They are under attack and being bombed.  They are a part of us and we are a part of them, so let's direct the courageous power of hearts there, sending love for a massive healing and an end to the depravity of controlling agendas.

We are more powerful than we know with our co-creative abilities.  It's so easy to just feel hopeless and helpless when our family is in trouble.  We can image-in (imagine) the peace, the safety, the release of the forces of control who harm together and we can create the difference with conscious awareness.

I've just been in an extended time of meditation focusing my love and attention here.  We've had enough.  The old ways of the patriarchy must simply be released now, from within our consciousness too so peace, harmony and balance will prevail here with our home planet and all her children.  If it is in our world, it is a part of us too that needs healing.

May all beLIEf and holds that divide us now be released so we may create new opportunities of peace, balance and harmony for the entire physical system of our planet to have vital life force restored. 

We are one with Pachamama (Earth Mother) and we share her experiences.  When she is free, so are we, so let's focus our heart energy here.  We have the great power of heart that we share with her to make the outer changes.  We have healed.  We have purified.  We have aligned with divine will in divine time and we can break through now to create what our hearts most desire - let's do it and so it is.

Align, align, synchronise, clear the debris, release the fear.  Birth the love.  Birth freedom.  Cycle with true time.  Sing your new song of freedom in devotion FOR our existence and the existence of ALL rising up in peace and freedom. Stay in your heart and send love where it is most needed now.  Build it up and pour it out to heal these last threats. We can do this together, as one.

Today is 1 Chicchan/Serpent.  It is the beginning of a new, very physical and intense trecena with the energies of birthing vital life force.  Vital life force is birthed as the old slips away, like the skin of the serpent that is outgrown.

Serpent relates to the wave like nature of the creation of time.  It is time that is now working in our favour and there was a strong tohu (sign) at the sacred Mayan pyramid in Chichén Itzá.  It happened on the equinox, with the day there being 9 Ahau/Sun at the time.

This is what I wrote for that day, "The new way is complete unity, the sum of all our experiences coming into balance and harmony within each one of us.  Return to knowing all is well, knowing truth, being love, being light, being new and being one with the creator and we will have balance and harmony restored - and so it is."

Now we are beginning a new way and we will see the old ways drop off like old skin, leaving only the light of truth.  Sacred sexuality may be restored.  As we return to the complete ways of unity, honour, love and respect become a part of our every day lives.  The value of others will be appreciated, valued and nurtured.

Serpent is sensual, instinctive and physical.  Now, when humans come together in intimacy, it may be a sacred, honouring and extremely loving experience.  As we align with divine time in divine will, the balance and harmony of pure nature guides our way. 

We drop the old ways that brought pain and suffering and return to the innocent, playful and caring ways of nature. May all children be safe and protected now. There is much to be enjoyed on the divine path that is the return to nature and the oneness of life experienced with Pachamama (Papatūānuku, Earth Mother).

Our physical human body will experience the pleasure that may be had when we have healed ourselves, synchronised with divine time in divine will.  As we realise our true oneness with Source, our vital life force grows and is shared with love, peace, freedom and respect. We serve creation with our hearts now. All of creation is valued for what it truly is - and so it is.

Today 21st March 2019 starts a 180 day cycle of 9X20, this is a calendar that not much is known about. But intuitively I feel it has meaning and purpose.
Perhaps it can be followed like the Tzolkin, some interesting synchronicity unfolds, with a 9 day count, it is like an ethereal "Seed of Light" keeping itself in the spiritual realm. After 9 days the ethereal process starts again but with a different aspect, the aspects and tones do not manifest into the physical dimension, thus it is flawless.

The last 9 days starts with 1-Eb/Road and ends with 9-Ahau/Sun, the conductor of destiny completes to ascend the Light. Perhaps by following this 180 day count whilst in the physical dimension is important.

Unlike the 260 Day Tzolkin, the 9X20 day count does fit into the 234 day Universal 9th Level wave cycle, this adds to the understanding of the NINTH WAVE being flawless, it resonates to the ancient future timeless frequency of the Heart.

How this 180 day calendar overlays on to the 260 days may also have relevance and purpose.

The Day Keepers of the Maya, Aztec and the first people of Central America might have intuitively downloaded the information through a deep life long study and understanding of the time sequences according to our biological make up and Earth's rotation, and not so much the astronomy of the Universe.

Why the NINTH WAVE is taking over is because after the Nine Mayan Creation waves completed to fruition in 2011/12, time span out of being controlled by the physical. It did this so that consciousness would be able to look "within" itself, to its hearts internal Light frequency of Divine Truth. By looking "within" we can more easily keep a balance whilst surfing the waves of Time, by following the 180 day count we naturally are pulled to look "within". It holds the highest frequency of the LIGHT.

What ever is happening Creation is transcending duality, and letting go it's flaws, but to do this we need to heal the emotional wounds of Time inflicted by the immature affects of the Mind. The 180 day calendar can and will assist this process.

It is interesting how the Cosmic Forces of Time synchronize today, with it being 10-Imix/Alligator, the day after 9-Ahau/Sun(Light), that completed the last 180 day count, meaning that both the 260 day and 180 day matched up on the Equinox. I am keeping count of the days of this calendar, I will share more.

On the 180 day count we start with 1-Imix/Alligator, initiates primordial intention, the new phenomenon from the collective unconscious comes to the surface. This resonance is held for 9 days, after which the new 9 days starts with 1-Oc/Dog, initiates single minded action and devotion to the highest ideal, a resonance held for 9 days, then the next resonance held for 9 days is 1-Cauac/Storm, initiates fertility, washes away the ego, a time of strong energies and enthusiasm... and so on....

The memory of the Light is awakening the Global Mind to higher and higher levels of understanding ITSELF.

They speak of two roads.  One road leads to destruction and is associated with the white man, technology and greed which is pretty much what many are grabbing at now.  The 'white man' has notoriously been instrumental in colonisation on the surface of our planet, Pachamama (Papatūānuku, Earth Mother).  The other road is the original road that anyone who is close to Pachamama lives.  It is the way of nature and the honouring of all creation.  It is one with great spirit, the creator.

A ruling elite or cabal has systematically invaded countries, removed the native people from their mother lands, their traditions and the ancient and sacred knowledge that has been treasured and leads back to freedom. In removing people from their close connection with the land, the trauma of surviving was instilled as fear and terror was used to divide and conquer.

This knowledge remains with many who through great adversity, kept with nature's lore and the memory of how the seeds of time cycle and spring forth again with peace and healthy growth.  Now we have found our personal road, let's be true to it.  We have become aware and now it is time to live in ways that bring forth fertile growth for humanity to begin to thrive again with the mother planet of our human beingness.

It is the way of love and compassion that values all life in equality.  It doesn't take more than it needs.  All that is needed is found in the environments and communities around us and it is the return to love, ourselves, nature and conscious awareness of the will of nature and our planet to thrive together in peace and harmony. 

We are equipped with awareness.  We have seen the possibilities of both roads and have made our choices of which one we choose.  We can be overcome with fear of being caught on the road to destruction, helpless, powerless and greedy and living from the energy of others..........

Or we move on now with the great courage in our hearts to create life that may be lived peacefully, humbly and respectfully from our hearts.  Together in love, we can return to the ways of nature and prolifically create the peace and harmony for life and freedom. The next trecena of Serpent/Chicchan can be very intense, so let's have our instincts for life force honed by the power of hearts now.

​We may be dedicated to the road of respectful living and travel it together with our mother planet.  The seeds of new life will take hold and establish themselves upon the fertile soils of our being and we will thrive in our dedication - and so it is.  It is done.  Keep the faith.

12 Akbal/Night, the twelfth day of the Road trecena is here to give extra energy to deeply meditate, be and dream from our being.  We have the opportunity to access pure and true consciousness that is found within.  A huge lack of meditation and dreaming within humanity has meant psychological responding to what an outer world shows up.

​This has made humanity vulnerable to being controlled and governed in ways that separate us from Source.  Psychological operations are a basis of control and a valuable tool to the controllers, as they use the responses of humanity to keep them further enslaved.  

If we all instead, gave our energy to meditation, dreaming and accessing the solutions that may be found within us, that are one with the creator, we could shifts our responses to be in keeping with divine will and set ourselves free.  We could end being controlled and separated.

When we purposefully live a meditative life, we will see everything differently from the masses of people around us.  We will take personal response-ability for our healing and in doing so, we help heal all around us.  Our answers will DAWN on us in our dream space and as meditation happens in connection with the breath and the observation of the body, all is connected to our hearts and is guided by love and spirit.

Those of us who vision quest through meditation and actively exploring the void where what is needed in life is made conscious to us, will naturally align life force and the intelligence of a universe that we are not separate from.

In contrast, people with their enormous emotional responses, who do not take time to look within and align with the heart, will focus their attention on the systems of control, always beLIEving and seeking answers that they demand be administered from the very systems of control that are harming others.

Psychological operations have been going on for thousands of years and the masses have been controlled by them.  Babylonian slave driving techniques are a very good example.  The introduction of money to exchange goods and services came.  Psychological operations warred and raged to pool the money back to the ones who created it as a tool in the first place.

Nothing much has changed, because humans are still allowing themselves to be controlled and ruled.  We can tend as many gardens as we want, but still not be connected to the life force of nature, the Source of life that is there to be accessed and give us solutions to life in the dream space of our being.

We can protest, campaign, jump up and down, shout, scream and act out, but chances are, if we do that, we are caught in a psychological operation that has been orchestrated to create the next move, to harness the human energy of emotion, to create the human responses needed for someone elses agenda and power.

The only solution is to live completely from the heart now, to be still and peaceful as it guides us to solutions that serve the earth and all of creation.  Our minds will never be able to process all the data needed to create the balance and harmony that our existence needs.  Each one of us who lives from our heart, in oneness with Source may do our part in creating the harmony and balance.

Let's use the power of hearts wisely now without giving it away to the mass psychological operations that are delivered by the controllers.  It's way 'out of control' or is it just extremely controlled.  Either way, it all goes back to death and taxes and those psychologically operated roads all lead back to Rome.

Arise now into the presence of your being.  Explore your consciousness in the stillness of the heart, in meditation.  Discover your own solutions for life, for balance and harmony now.  Allow then the mind to receive these solutions in the purity that they are when they are generated from love, the heart and as one with the divine Source of all life.

I have attached a video for reflective purposes.  It explains the nature of psychological operations and how the covert systems of control are maintained.  It just helps to see how humanity can travel a road to destruction by going along with the status quo.  We are empowered and effective when we choose what is in alignment with life itself rather.

It is through the breath that we may find guidance on our roads of destiny, this eleventh day of the Road trecena, in the energy of 11 Ik/Wind.  Our lungs, that breathe spirit (chi, prana, life force, mauri) surround the heart, bringing breath in to this centre of our being.

Full and free breathing is a sign of being in spirit or inspired.  The deepest meditations happen with the most free breathing.  When the breath deepens enough, the left brain of reasoning, logic and linear thinking lets go and the right brain becomes more active.  This is the more feminine hemisphere of the brain.  It receives guidance for life and freedom.

An interaction between the two hemispheres of the brain brings balance and harmony to our systems, as spirit is breathed through us and its guidance integrated within us.  This is where the change that benefits creation most happens.

Anxiety will be present when the breath is shallow.  People generally breathe through the mouth when they are most anxious.  This causes an imbalance in the carbon dioxide and oxygen ratio and can develop into greater fear and panic. 

We may consciously adjust our breathing again to be through the nose with an active inhale and a more passive exhale, just letting go.  It is like the motion of waves.  The inhale is like the wave coming in with power and the exhale, like the wave that leaves, more gently and less forcefully.

If anxiety is there, come back to your centre in the peace of your heart.  Our heart 'knows' the ways of love and will guide our communication to be loving and compassionate.  It will also guide us to be assertive for ourselves where it may be necessary too.  All guidance breathed through the heart inspires us to live and be in the ways of the heart.

As time has quickened beyond the pace of left brain rational thinking, we are blessed.  We may still be getting used to it and feeling as if we are someone new and different every day.  Our conscious connection with the divine will of creation is something we are coming back to after eons of separation.  We separated, fragmented and experienced what life is like in the absence of unity.

Now, we see the chaos as warring in a world around us that formed as a result of leaving the divine road of destiny of creation.  It's a road that is one with our mother planet and nature.  It is a road that brings correction, harmony and balance.  Let's walk deliberately upon it with passion fueled from our hearts.

Let's breathe pure spirit through our hearts, consciously and receive our personal guidance on our destiny road.  May we walk the beauty way, the way of love from open, grateful, accepting, forgiving and humble hearts, one with Papatūānuku (Pachamama, Earth Mother) and so it is - all one in love

And right in divine timing, our sun is assisting us all in our rapidly changing consciousness with active solar flaring.  This just came through by e-mail NOW.

Happy equinox to all.  We're through and the energies are full on.  There is a lot of density that is being shown up through the world as we know it, for now.  This is a grand opportunity for us to heal all that comes up for us through the power of BEing in our hearts.

This is the number one focus now, to BE love and connect with Papatūānuku (Earth Mother) and creation as we birth ourselves in new ways that are in alignment with divine will.

It is 10 Imix/Dragon in the Mayan sacred count.  It is the 10th day of the Road trecena where we have the opportunity to walk our divine road, step by step and moment by moment.  We simply trust what is ahead now with a primal trust.  When we are centred in our hearts, only then will we feel relief and the creativity that it takes to initiate new beginnings that are due.

These new beginnings are huge as they are happening now on a global scale.  We are ending a great cycle of time.  This is the ending of the patriarchal enslavement system that we have been living to survive in.  It may feel like it is the end of the Earth and some ways it is the end of it as we have known it in the past.

This will cause great anxiety if we try to work things out with our minds.  We may not know the direction to take and our minds may try to clamour to find the way as it used to, however, we have to now adjust to living from a totally heart centred way.  We are being moved to respond intuitively in each now moment without the reference maps and plans we have been used to.

This is the only way that humanity can come through into the new beginning that brings freedom.  It is the only way that we will move to love, nurture and really care for one another and ourselves.  The more we embrace this new way and apply it by being totally heart centred in each moment, the easier our transition will be.

Our deepest wounds may be revisited and as they are, know you are not alone and it is temporary and will pass.  It will pass the quickest as it is processed through the heart.  We need to love ourselves and others like we never have before now.  True compassion is the true and new way.

This energy will stay with us as it initiates a new night cycle of the ninth wave.  Surrender, trust and BE held by nature, as one with our creator, one of a beautiful human family correcting our ways to thrive and enJOY new beginnings that we birth together.

May we find the road of greatest ease through our loving, courageous, powerful, wise, loyal and caring heart energy now.  May we love like we have never loved before and receive love like we have never received it before too.  Love and blessings, Poppy
