Consciousness has everything to do with health.  To experience the ultimate in consciousness and health, it is necessary that our humanity merges with the consciousness of our planet, Papatūānuku, Pachamama, Earth Mother, as one, in divine will. 

We are not and cannot be separate from her.  It has only been in our minds that we have lived with the illusions of separation from her, from life, from our hearts and from connection with nature, natural cycles and divine rhythms of true time.

Today, in the energy of 7 Knife/Etznab, this seventh reflective day of the Eb/Road trecena, we may find our way on a divine road, as one with divine will.  As we align, I see divine sparks of  consciousness lighting up, encompassing our beautiful planet with true love and light, firing up through her crystalline grid and bringing us back home to her and our true hearts, ourselves. Be open to receive natures guidance in the stillness and peace of your heart.

Let's cut away the impositions of time that are still claiming turmoil and challenge, all that is unnatural and discordant, all that vibrates at a lower frequency.  Let's be one now with nature, our hearts, true time and we are then one with Papatūānuku.  She is working on birthing herself anew with us, into life and freedom, as she has cleansed and purified her being of all that has captured her in her past too.  We are doing this together.

She, our mother, the grounding of our being calls each and every one back to her.  She is coming forth in her authenticity, her truth, her love, her all, as we work ourselves out upon her surface.  She calls us back to natural rhythms in true time, in the sacred time preserved by the few to be restored now, to set us free.  This is the time of our great returning.  Hoki mai rā, (Welcome home).

VITAL CONSCIOUSNESS - This information might resonate and give reason as to why it's so important to live Heart centered, the Global Mind seriously needs you to live pure or else the world spins out and chaos happens, we are all responsible, we are all connected to the web of life, everything ripples through to effect everything.

If we take our memory back, the Pre-Wave of the 8th Level started with the Harmonic Convergence in 1986, this Pre-Wave from 1986 to 1999(13x360) was the preparation phase for the beginning of the return of the Divine Feminine energies. Thus, since the Mayan calendar's 8th Level was initiated in 1999, the feminine energies are slowly but surely now able to return and come into full right relation with the masculine energies, especially since all 9 Levels completed on 28 October 2011 to 13-Ahau/Light.

Creation evolves herself by processes that are slow but sure, these processes are speeding up and ascending Creation to live but a multidimensional reality, our Global Mind is evolving to reach this state and be in it without flaws and problems. The Calendar system of Mayan Time aligns to the understanding of this and the sequencing of the processes that have reached a meeting point, allowing our mind to understand why the world is spinning out of control. By handing control over to HEART we stay centered in the spiritual spin of Time.

The Code Creation evolves by can be understood to be measured by the spiritual spin of time, and not only the physical wave movement of time, this is how the Mayan calendar works. The Spin of Time is spiritual, the wave movement of time is physical, one can't work without the other. The understanding is that Creation works with the spin of Time and from this spirals time into manifesting the reality of the physical, the spin needs to keep centered and thus it needs the heart, we need to keep our Mind Heart centered, we must consciously look "within" ourselves and keep our thoughts in the center of our spin, so as to be able to stay balanced in the physical dimension. The multidimensional synchronicity of Creation naturally aligns both the spiritual and the physical to stay balanced, because we live with a self aware mind of "free will" we need to master our experiences in the physical, we need to align multidimensionally, if we are off balance we attract challenges, this is how we learn and why it is important to look "within", SYNCHRONIZE to the center of your spin, align mind with heart and meditate on the inner reflections of the self. By unconsciously attaching to the off centered immature aspects of the outer world we will stay in a wobble of time and this is the beginning of the roots cause of anxiety and depression.

SPIRITUAL TIME emanates from the center "within", it maybe calculated by the 360 degree spin of EARTH, and it can be understood that the Tun calendar measures this in the 360 days cycle, understood to be the prophetic calendar of the Maya, meaning that this calendar foresees the future alignments and the multidimensional synchronicity of Time. The timing sequence that built the 9 Level Pyramidal calendar of the Maya is the Tun 360 day calendar, and the Tzolkin 260 day calendar is intricately woven into this. The 360 day ebb and flow of the continuing 8th Level is pulling the feminine energies to return home to the center of the spiritual spin of the Universal SOUL. We need to let go the mind to understand and allow for this, so we can fulfill our DIVINE DESTINY, the destiny of the Dream of the Creator, to create Earth as a Portal of Peace.

The revolution of the spin of physical time is constant and exact, conceivably it might be that it never changes, but the movement of physical mass through time, in particular the planets movements in relation to each other do change, like our proximity with each other changes over time, and the changes of physical time are irregular, it cannot be foreseen how it might change in time to come. The mind that is gripped by the physical thinks that everything is random until it looks within to the spinning spiritual Light frequency of the heart.

By working with physical time only we disconnect from spiritual time, and we disconnect from the spiritual LIGHT we are made of, hence we are not aligned to our own internal spin, we are aligned to an outer spin, this is what the Gregorian calendar is doing to our consciousness, it does this to control and possess the Soul of people, the system's humanity have built are flawed and need to be reevaluated. The TIME upon us will from now on create flawless systems that serve the greater good.

MULTIDIMENSIONAL SYNCHRONICITY of the Global Mind
On the 21st of March is the FULL MOON and the Equinox, and it is also the midpoint of the 11th Day of the 8th Wave, this is a powerful synchronisation. The 11th Day aligns to a Tun cycle of 360 days from 22nd Sept 2018 and because the 8th Wave favours the right brain half, the fact that its the 11th Day of Light, allows for the Global Mind to have a more holistic approach.

Earth's Global right brain half is the eastern hemisphere, its the side that aligns to spirituality, creativity, intuition and the feminine, it could be said it also aligns to the resonance of our heart, bringing the understanding of a non separate multidimensional view, this is what the returning feminine energies are allowing for. Earth's Global left brain is the western hemisphere and the masculine, that since roughly 3126 B.C. When the 6th Wave started was ruling until the 8th wave was activated in 1999, this can be seen as the beginning of the collapse of the materialistic view of the western mindset, Yoga studio's opened up in NEW YORK.

Each Day and Night of the 8th Wave favours either the right brain half or the left brain half, this has a bearing on the consciousness of humanity, and we can notice the collective shifts of the MIND on a global scale. You can overlay this understanding on to consciousness, each 360 days a new perception overrides the old. Their is a purpose to the DREAM of Time, Creation is playing out to a schedule, the Ninth Wave that is non dualistic holds the highest frequency and is overriding the immaturity of all the lower levels that live with duality and flawed intent, it is a slow but sure process of pulling the Global Mind to live in right relation to the original intentions of the primordial light of TIME, that is through Divine evolution creating Earth as a portal of Cosmic Peace, this process will eventually give rise to form the Diamond Light Consciousness of NEW EARTH. Because of this process we are inevitably arriving at it has never been more vital to walk true to the HEART.

The synchronization of 21st March, this can be seen to align to the midpoint of the 360 degrees spin of Earth. So its the middle of the 360 days Tun and the middle of the 360 degree spin, because its the middle the intentions of the eastern and western hemisphere are equal and in the middle, they are balanced on the 180 degree plane, the views of the Global Mind are balanced, and because we will have just gone through 180 days of the Tun we will be in the west direction, the Sun will be setting, and this day synchronizes to the shift of the equinox, its all about a balance, the day and night being the same duration, and its the Full Moon, the gravitational pull is strongest, and the Moon rises as the Sun sets. A Portal opens, aligning all dimensions. The separation dissolves, the FIRE OF TIME transmutes and transcends the LIGHT "within".

After the 7th Day completed on all 9 levels we spin out and return to the beginning to continue with full recall of what the Creator originally intended. Our inner Sun holds the memory of these codes of intent that are allowing all to transcend the limitation of the physical.

Kia ora e te whānau.  Hi to all my family, all of you who live, breathe and have red blood flowing through your human being.  We are one.  Each one of us is being tested in the way our consciousness will direct our lives.  We are in a great time of turmoil as our planet, Papatūānuku (also known by many other names like Pachamama, Earth Mother) ascends.

We are one with our planet.  She is the grounding of our being.  We are one with her through a process of ascension, whether we realise it or not.  This process of ascension is causing us to be exposed to series of challenges or tests that are purifying us of trauma and clearing away the density of lower frequency living.  Lower frequency energy is the illusion of separation.  It is duality.

Today is the day of 6 Caban/Earth in the sacred Mayan count.  Earth is the grounding of our being.  Our conscious connection with her causes us to 'know' ourselves.  As we 'know' ourselves, we 'know' her.  She is the source of the true 'knowledge' of now, presence, life and creation.

It is the sixth day of the Eb/Road trecena where we as humans are presented with the opportunities to 'know' our roads, a divine path that leads to freedom and self mastery, or not.  This road, like the grass we walk upon is one with Earth.  Each step may be conscious and present with her.  These are the only sure steps there are, as Earth is a sure presence.

We are also presented with the choice to ignore our mother planet and the connection with her and go along with the ways of society, where we are governed, controlled and manipulated and our energy harvested for the greed of a few.  In 1789, Benjamin Franklin (a U.S. president), wrote in a letter.

"Our new Constitution is now established, and has an appearance that promises permanency; but in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes." 

This is a beLIEf, a mindset and word spell that captured the masses and this is where a huge majority of human focus goes to. It is like a message of the patriarchy which is the force that has harmed and dominated the Earth itself like a disease and it is held in the minds of many humans as being surer than the presence and love of our mother planet herself.

Out of this kind of beLIEf, which I see as being a human creation of the mind that is void of heart, we have endured centuries of trauma and it is time to break out of it by being self mastering and mature enough to grow through all the turmoil that is present now.  We then may bring ourselves and our planet back into freedom.  This freedom was known in other great cycles of time.  I remember this in Earth connection.

Papatūānuku is right here, waiting for more humans to connect with her, to know themselves as one with her and to share her knowledge that is centred in the fullness of love.  She is love.  She is creation and she gave you and I our lives.  She wants us here with her to assist her in this epic time of her ascension.

It's tough.  I thought it would be easier.  I am super challenged myself.  I sunk into deep trauma.  It was trauma that was there within me that had to be seen so I could re-member, come through it, heal it, transform it and become free from it. 

The turmoil that is here now is an outworking of the freeing of ourselves so we may ascend with our planet into the feminine ways of loving, caring, sharing, giving, nurturing, acceptance, loving power, wisdom, knowledge of life, protecting, celebrating, laughing, presence, centring, joy and all the ways of the heart.

Let's stay grounded and present with Papatūānuku and the ways of nature that give life and freedom.  Of course it is a choice and if people prefer death and taxes, there is a place for that too.  It's still quite a dominant pattern.  Out of it we have inequality.  We have white supremacy (the cabal) orchestrating events that still seek to steal our consciousness.  

Yesterday, when I went deeply into remembrance of trauma that I needed to see, to heal, my mind had me resenting being white skinned.  My mind would have chewed me up and spat me out in a body bag and a suicide note if it had its way.  I was isolated a lot as I healed the deepest traumas I had. This time, my heart came through for me and got me to reach out to others yesterday.

It was in sharing and the caring presence of others yesterday, the feminine way of the heart came through and helped me to deal with extremely painful past memory that was triggered.  It was part of my maturing and growing in wisdom.  I don't have all my shit together.  I have been dedicated to do my part of the healing that brings the freedom that is part of this ascension process.

The heart is powerful, strong and wise.  It is outwardly gentle when we master ourselves enough to take full response ability for what we have to heal within ourselves.  It won't attack or demand anything of anyone else.  We are not alone in this.  Our beautiful planet is our source for grounding.  She is eager to share her love as we consciously connect with her.  She is what matters now. 

Screw death and taxes.  They have had their day and if we have learned well by now, it will be plain to see that they only lead to our demise.  They harm creation and our planet.  It is time to be of such great courage, that we do what we can to let them go.  The Earth will guide us.  She will do what she has to do to survive now.  It's better to BE with her than against her NOW.

Let's now consciously choose life and freedom.  We consciously connect with them as we return to our planet, our beautiful Papatūānuku.  We are all born of her.  Our hearts may synchronise with hers.  Our frequency may rise like hers. Do you love your great mother, or what?

We had a violent shooting terror attack in this country yesterday.  People praying in a mosque were shot with many deaths and much loss of life, lock down of a city, a country left in shock and grief.  People feeling bewildered, grief stricken, powerless, unsafe and fearful.

It's the day of 5 Cib/Owl today, the fifth day of the Road trecena in the sacred Mayan count.  We are here together, all of us in our humanity learning and growing more into wisdom.  After numerous 'terrorist attacks' all around the world, many people are waking up to where they are from.

People are starting to see that they are connected to blood sacrifice, just as in war where the status quo of 'power over' is sought to be maintained.  The archons (rulers or controllers) have intricate ways of carrying out sacrifices at particular times, using carefully prepared strategies to rock peoples worlds with fear and emotion, and to further fuel it with propaganda (a mix of truth and spin doctoring that comes out through media).

Real humans are sensitive, feeling and responsive.  That is healthy.  Now, we are all being radically tested in our wisdom.  Can we rise above it to free ourselves?  How do we do this?  I struggle as I find I cannot ethically support the systems of government when this is their basis.  Taxes that go to the International Monetary Fund (cabal) fund more war and hate.

Governments are first to rush in with plans and agendas for more limiting and restrictive legislation, for extra so called security that keeps populations in a form of control where people are marginalised and it is not safe to express ones unique life expression.  Life force is harnessed and used for further harm. 

The problem is belief.  It is only belief that separates humanity.  We all have beliefs.  It is a part of the human condition.  With our beliefs we may push or impose them on others with force or control, or we may allow our hearts which are connected to Source and higher intelligence to lead.

When our hearts lead, diversity of belief is tolerated while being true to our own heart guides us into living self determining lives based upon love, compassion, intuition and harmony.  Sometimes it feels so hard to be human, to stay strong and endure through times of violence and the insanity of power and control domination.

Terrorist attacks may be seen as attacks on consciousness.  Humans have co-creative abilities and fear breeds more fear.  Love breeds more love.  I had nausea yesterday morning before the event.  I've felt the feelings of many who just find life all too hard and wish they did not have to endure it.  I can feel the powerlessness, grief, pain and clouds of oppression heavily enveloping people.

The only way out is through and we need to find our solutions now with people who choose to live maturely from their hearts.  We need to return to nature, to loving, caring, sharing.  We all need a community of support to thrive, to feel loved and cared for and to love and care for others.

When events come that potentially reopen the wounds of trauma, we need to see them as that, and keep advancing into our sovereignty, allowing our hearts to lead us back to the peace that is beyond comprehension.  Ultimately we need to withdraw all energy from the systems that enslave and keep killing people throughout this world for money and power, to free ourselves from their agendas.

They're killing our people, our environments and our planet.  We need to awaken from the dream of this false matrix, find our hearts and live by them.  Together we are strong.  Our collective hearts that beat for life, with love can break through, so may they do that - and so it is

Rāhina, 11 Poutūterangi 2019.  Living is inspired from the heart and living is amplified through the expression of art.  The most inspired art is an expression of the heart and can speak volumes in an absence of words.  

The heart beats a rhythm.  The earth beats her rhythm and time beats its rhythm and this all gives life.  It is the Mayan day of 13 Monkey/Chuen in rhythm with the sacred count of time.  As we live from our heart centres, earth's heart beat and the natural rhythm of time, magic happens.

The purest magic comes from the purest sources of life generated from the heart, the centre of our being where all is one and where connection to all that is LIVES.  It is only the mind with beLIEf that separates or divides humanity.  The ways of the heart always work for good, as they lead to the highest frequency output there is.  It's love.  It's life.

The bindings of religion that political systems were built upon is where people are killed and targeted because of non-conformity to the beLIEf structures imposed on them.  It is only an illusionary overlay concealing what is real, a matrix that our minds bought into and a matrix that our hearts may consciously deconstruct in each now moment.  We may choose to live in the magic of the heart, which is innocent and without agenda.

Conforming to institutions, governments, the written words based upon beLIEf of the mind has produced death, taxes and harm.  When our hearts beat with and for nature, we are free to be ourselves. 

As we come to know ourselves through our hearts, we will express ourselves and experience enjoyment of life.  We may experience an extraordinary life or seek 'normalcy' based upon beLIEf.  It won't work as well as what the heart will generate.  The heart KNOWS. Te ngākau!

Freedom is found in the heart.  The heart in it's wisdom is able to soothe the chaos we experience in our minds.  When we meditate in our hearts, the knowing that connects with the creator and all of creation, guides our path and allows us to live a divine one. 

The wonder of life is there to wow us. Have you ever observed a whole world of wonder in a dew drop?  I was absolutely wowed by dew drops on spider webs at a meditation retreat I attended once.  In my heart, all became still and present.  I discovered magic.

After eons of separation, we are returning and learning again how to live and how not to miss life while being consumed by a mind that will never be satisfied.  It is the final day of the Rainstorm trecena in the energy of monkey, it's innocence, playfulness and the magic that may be created to lift us up into the next trecena (time wave) of Road/Eb.  

The storms of life may have challenged our beLIEf systems and caused a grand rewiring of neural pathways that lead us back to life and the heart.  Without heart, there is no life, just a flat lined, time line that leads to destruction. 

With every pulse of our hearts there is energy that is one with the flow of life.  It is naturally harmonising and balancing into arrangements of ascending frequency.  This ascending frequency is with us to guide us on a divine road that honours, loves, cherishes and serves all of creation, with one another, a human family united in heart.

We will never work out our salvation or healing in our minds.  A mature mind serves the hearts guidance to produce solutions in keeping with it.  This is an output of the artistry of living.  Solutions are magical when they are founded in the heart.  Pure magic comes from pure hearts.  The frequency soars high above anything void of it. 

This way, the magic of time is woven through all of life to bless all of creation as one with the divine will of creation itself, with spontaneity.  The ways of the heart are simple.  All pure knowledge may be accessed through it.  There is time to just be and play here, to sing, to dance, to create and express the unique artistry that is of life.  Let's return now.

Rātapu, 10 Poutūterangi 2019.  One of the greatest things we can give and receive for our health and well being is caring.  Caring comes from the heart and keeps us anchored there in this centre of our being.  It has made a world of difference to me to receive care. 

It was a lot more rare to me before I went through the big year of illness last year.  I had to learn how to receive it without fear of conditions that could come with it.  The big year of sickness taught me how to receive care. 

I was extremely ill, without a home base, financially stricken and very beaten down by life when I was given a hand up by being offered a place to live and recover and contribute in a way that was manageable to me.  It's been just over a year now and I am grateful.

Today's Mayan sacred count day is 12 Dog/Oc.  It is the twelfth day of the Rainstorm trecena.  As I pause to look back on this time wave so far, I realise what I value most in relating with others.  It is simply caring and sharing.  The energy of dog is love and loyalty.  Loyal caring that loves beyond judgement is a treasure to me.

On a grander scale, caring intercepts and breaks through the patriarchal system which has been largely void of caring.  Caring brings justice.  Caring is love and the missing link to the co-creation of a better existence that each of us may build for one another.  It's simple.  It comes from that stable and peaceful presence of our hearts where there is no separation.

It is natural for us to desire significant others in our lives, to feel loved and cared for and to be able to love and care for others.  Social conditioning has often meant that people seek physical intimacy rather than simply loving and caring.  When relating later gets tested, the wound of separation grows again because what was thought to be 'love' was based upon conditions. 

When this trust is destroyed and the wound of separation has perceivably grown larger, there may be huge grief.  People are then vulnerable and some choose to exit life earlier with suicide, self neglect and dis-ease.

The energy of Rainstorm is emotional and can feel chaotic.  We may feel depressed, anxious and challenged as we are confronted with the beLIEf systems that are in need of trans-formation.  In reality, life is working for us and showing us what we need to see so we may make the changes within ourselves, so trust and centre and allow yourself to go through it.

As we allow ourselves to be trans-formed by remaining strong and pressing in to really 'know' the ways of love, care, truth, simplicity and justice, we make this world a better place for everyone and everything.  It's a work in progress as we unlearn this old programming.  It is the heart that 'knows' while it is the mind that beLIEves.

Knowing is secure and peaceful.  BeLIEving can be more like the experience of being buffeted around in chaos.  The heart is always here for us to rest in.  The heart considers others without a 'thought' for itself because it is so secure in knowing that life is giving us what we need to learn and grow that it simply trusts.

The heart is honest and without agenda. If we all lived from here, we would not waste so much energy on having to work life and people out.  Despair would end.  Intuition will naturally flow for our highest good as we allow the heart to lead our lives.  What is void of heart, will lose it's power the more we love, care, share, give and receive with honesty and loyalty.

It's only humans who have departed from the ways of love, and give their time and energy to a system based upon competition, division and conquest.  Animals, like dogs, don't invest into any of this and they experience greater freedom without it. 

Dogs know no such thing as debt.  They are happiest in the exchange of love and caring and I reckon we as humans are too.  Nature is our answer. May we all grow more into this way of BEing now and as we give our attention to what really matters in life, the rest will lose its hold.  We are yet to experience the ecstasy of freedom possible.  Let's create it together - and so it is.

Rāmere, 8 Poutūterangi 2019.  We're doing it everyone.  We are raising the frequency here with Papatūānuku (Pachamama, Earth Mother), our planet through our hearts.  This is where the highest frequency with the greatest effect is generated.

It is the day of 8 Star/Lamat in the Mayan sacred count of time which is the tenth day of the Rainstorm wave of time (trecena).  This is a day where we may see some of the fruits of our intentions for this wave, if you're like me and use the energies that are given to us through time, nature and Earth's resonance to do so.  

Working with a system of time that is aligned with the frequency of the stars and all of creation seems like simple wisdom to me.  Today the rains have come where I live and they are washing the land and healing the soils that have become parched.  

They are flowing into the harbour, stirring up life and energy as the tides rise and fall and move everything around.  It is quickening and enlivening to me.  I feel the ecstasy of freedom coming to fruition.  It is all about energy and frequency.  Frequency is the number of waves that pass a fixed place in a given amount of time.

A friend alluded me to the tones and pitches some hear.  I hear these more these days and relate them to the changes in our planets magnetic field as she interacts with the sun, the stars and creation.  I have naturally attuned to the high pitches and I simply observe the lower ones.

The high tones to me are intelligently correcting the harm that we and our planet have been healing, through the immense power of our hearts.  The low tones are what is still not quite yet released and holding on.  Let's shift these.  I feel they are related to what has oppressed us.  It will not be able to holds its grip for much longer.

I have alluded to propaganda recently.  It is that through the main stream media that has caused great harm to people and has mind controlled the masses.  What would happen if it just let go and everyone was free of it and could see beyond the current illusions?

​Rainstorm energy is washing this away.  It will wash away the dross, the misunderstandings, the illusions and interference that have blocked the desires of our hearts.  Re-member that the desires of our hearts are in alignment with the divine will of creation in their purity.  It's good to 'know' our hearts intimately so we discern what is love, truth, simplicity, purity and divinity.

I observe Rainstorm energy also as a burning. When the rains are due and there, I am feeling the fire in my system, cleansing and purging out the remnants of trauma. Rainstorm energy is the fire of lightning and the washing of the waters together. 

The lightning can burn inside like fever to clear infections away.  Many people are having this experience with the Earth.  We are one.  Trust your body and the changes happening within at this time if you've set your intentions to be a part of this uplifting frequency.

As the rains fall, it is like the blockages in Earth's rivers are cleared just as the blockages in our energy systems are.  What obscures, blocks and limits us is washed away into a new form.  This is the trans-formation that can come with the Rainstorm energy.

May we receive the blessings of the Rainstorm energy and be purified, detoxified and cleared of the old NOW.  May we enjoy the clearings that brings us the desires of our hearts in keeping with the divine plan for creation.  

Let's also focus some intent to clear away the lower frequencies, like the ones that fuel the propaganda machine, the mainstream media and mind controlling.  Re-member, politics, the money system, legislation and the trappings of this life are illusions and an infection.  If we see the size of these things within the expansiveness of the stars, it's easier to comprehend just how small it really is within the grand design of creation.

This is the kind of low frequency activity that we as humans are capable of clearing through the strength, power, wisdom and courage of our hearts.  Uplift the frequency whānau (family).  FREEEEEEEEEEEDOM!!!

Rāpare, 7 Poutūrangi 2019.  As I write about health, I'm being careful not to give 'one size fits all' types of messages because not every medicine is right for everyone.  It's important that we become empowered in our health choices and find ways to access what is right for us.

Today is the day of 9 Manik/Deer in the sacred Mayan count indicating endings of cycles to do with healing.  Haha, ultimately an end to the pharmaceutical era with it's synthetic, partial and manipulated medicine that causes huge imbalances in the body, perhaps???  No harm in putting it out there. 

I was featured in pharmaceutical magazines under the title, "Getting rid of the shonks," by a woman writer who was a member of the skeptics society.  I got to see firsthand how propaganda is used to keep things like the cancer industry dominant in their usual cut, burn and poisoning agenda and then how they protect themselves through legislation even though many are killed with these treatments. 

I was then heavily targeted and still living to tell the story, through cancer and all, the homelessness, stress and character building that it took.  It was my heart, intuition and connection with nature that saved me.  I really, really learned how vital it is to love to survive through this time.  I'm still seeking to find my way forward after this assault, but it is all progress.

We are seeing progress with ritual abuse and guru sexual abuse being exposed and cleared up, and it is connected to our conscious awareness and our intentions to help our mother Earth go green again.  It ends when we end it and as we mature enough to find the food that is our medicine.

It's really rather simple.  Look at the deer who forages for it's food and nibbles and grazes on the plants as it roams.  You don't see deer rushing off to the doctor for some expert opinion that will imbalance it's body system do you!  Deer is wise and stable in its closeness to it's mother planet.  It seeks a harmonious environment and deer in the wild thrive without medical intervention, just as we may, if we choose.

As deer is grounded, one with the sacred directions that are acknowledged in indigenous cultures, walking humbly and gently upon the earth with respect in presence, so may we relearn these ways.  We may also walk the beauty way with grace and ease.  Earth changes may just see to it as she finds her healing remedy to remove what has plagued her and that has a lot to do with humanity.

The closer we are to nature, the more humble and gentle we become.  We enter into calm, stillness,  and our inner knowing or intuition grows.  As it matures within us, we will naturally select healthy food that is right for us.  What is right for me may not be right for you. We will find medicine in plants and nature to help us heal.  Nature will connect us with our hearts and heal the remaining wounds of our psyches.  

If there is a 'one size fits all' approach, it is the closeness we have with nature.  Our hearts know what is right for us.  The heart knows most clearly when our systems are cleared from toxins and energy blockages, negative thought forms and the kinds of programming that come from institutions like banks, the Vatican, the legal, medical, educational, pharmaceutical systems, and all those who patent and capitalise off the health and wealth of our planet and us, her children.

Capatilising - through capital lettering of legal names kept as birth and baptismal records, with the conversion of living beings into dead entities, through legislation, is being exposed more now, and we end it ourselves.  The life force that was harvested is simply going to be history.  Oh yeah, the Vatican's game is nearly up as our souls become free in the great return to nature through the power, strength, wisdom and courage of our hearts.

Now, we may return to love, joy, health and freedom.  Now, we find our healing tools as we enjoy our space and our togetherness as living beings whose life force may flow freely through our being.  Now we end the old cycles as they are liberated from our minds through the strength of our hearts leading in our lives. Let's be it - and so it is.

Rāapa, 6 Poutūterangi 2019.  Dropping our identities can make us feel uncertain, vulnerable and perhaps a little wobbly.  However, it is what is needed to birth new energy of transformation.  Our sacred count Mayan day today is 8 Cimi/Death.

Death is necessary for our transformation.  As we allow our old identities and ways to die, we may feel challenged with the chaos of the Rainstorm energy.  As we do, we get through by finding our centre.

Our hearts are our centre.  Here we find ultimate trust in the divine plan for our health, well being and future.  Here we find peace, stability and our true selves.  Our minds are the ones that convince us we're not good enough, not worthy, etc., and it's a load of crap.

It's the crap that we are here to cleanse as the Mayan energies are in support.  Look to anything negative, know it is of the dualistic mind that was programmed to fight with your very existence and let that programming die.  

Your heart knows your 100% worthiness or value that is uncompromising.  Your heart knows love, peace, joy and freedom.  Our hearts are where our freedom grows from, because ultimately it is freedom from a mind that took the brunt of trauma.  The mind developed interpretations out of the perceptions of the old traumatic ways we lived for survival.

Now, there may be remnants to deal with, but be kind on the mind.  It's like a hurt child and the kindness of our hearts knows only compassion towards it.  Our hearts can soothe and comfort the hurt child within.  Our hearts can observe the traumatised part and only then can death come to the illusions that the mind held on to and kept us from living the desires of our hearts.

So trust in your heart where divine will merges as one with you and births you by trans-formation within your whole system.  The magic happens within this physical and human system.  It is the point of density where the greatest enlightenment may happen to free us.  The Rainstorm energy, even though it may feel chaotic or out of control at times, may bring transformation swiftly.

It helps to be aware of the great cycles of time, for we may work with the energies for the highest good of ourselves, others and all of creation.  This is health.  This is wellbeing.  Let's allow the illusions of the mind to release now.  Let's spend our time in our hearts where the power of transformation comes with love, peace, freedom, courage, wisdom and power.

We are powerful co-creators as we align with our hearts.  As we align with our hearts, we align with all that is, nature, our beautiful planet, the sun, the moon, everything that has sentience and life force in it.  We are one with it.  The heart knows.  The heart heals now and so it is.

Rātu, 5 Poutūterangi 2019.  It has been just over one round of the Tzolk'in since I aligned with the sacred count of the Aztec Mayan calendar. 

As I realised misalignment, I was in a very poor state of health that I was struggling to bring myself out of.   In today's energy I am reflecting on what true health is and see it is connected with true time.

I found that as I attuned with the true count, by becoming familiar with and living the energies of each day, life events came around me to support my recovery, even though it was a long and drawn out process.  I discovered it mostly through meditation.

I re-member-ed myself by literally pulling soul fragments together to become more whole and complete.  I remembered my Aztec roots, and discovered that the energies of the days with the combinations of the different wave cycles were all there to work for me, for my health and well being.

I discovered, that with this key to true ascension, there had been infiltration and disruption.  I had to let my ego drop to see it and release the belief systems I had known to open to it.  Infiltration and disruption has happened to humanity to take us away from the true and sacred count with other systems of time.  One of those systems of time is called 'The Dreamspell.' It rapidly came into existence in the West and started to dominate among those who were looking for life answers, like me. 

The harmonic convergence was given a lot of attention in 1987, as the Mayan elders handled it with a silent protest and obviously a lot of grief that what they had preserved especially for this time, was being undermined.  This was at the detriment of humanities potential freedom from slavery.  This has been drawn out while the matrix of unreality breaks down and as humans it is our task to break it down and set ourselves free.  

As is the way of false light, this diversion away from true time was led by a charismatic personality who shared mostly truth, but there was a huge and dangerous anomaly within it with the potential to throw humanity out of kilter and it has. I am not sure how conscious he was of it.  We may all be used in our unawareness.  I've seen how that is possible. It is time to make the correction.

I myself was drawn into this charisma, the fake glitz and glamour of Red Skywalkers and White Worldbridgers, etc that don't align with what I see as the essence of the day signs now. It was becoming quite technical and removed from nature itself. I seriously had to question it, and for me get to bottom of it and how it came to be.

The modern day Maya had kept the sacred count through thousands of years of persecution, genocide, the Spanish inquisition, the destruction of temples, artifacts and the story being shared, to have a charismatic figure rise up and lead those lost in Western culture on a tangent.  This tangent was set apart from the sacred count of time that is key to our ascension.

The New Age movement also have claimed 'ascension' as something else and built cult like followings with many a charismatic leader in an attempt to still harness human creative energy and lead those who will be led away from their true selves. A lot of money is made out of it. For this reason, 'ascension' is dissed by many because of years of fruitless promises that have simply led people astray and a lack of inner-standing what it really is.

Today is 7 Chicchan/Serpent, the seventh day of the Cauac/Rainstorm trecena.  May the rainstorm energy come and cleanse away all falsity and charismatic false light so we may all attune with what is real, the true codes of time and nature to bring back the life force that heals us with our instincts and senses.  May we be free, happy and blessed.

The Earth belongs to the meek, gentle and humble whose hearts are open to love, to care, to share and to give and receive in ways that bless everyone and everything.  Papatūānuku (Pachamama/Mother Earth) is not a commodity to just live off, gain status, followings or popularity that take our devotion away from her as the great mother she is.

We live here on a planet where we share consciousness.  We are all in a similar predicament, although everyone is affected differently.  It is a time to shed the matrix of fiction, falsity and all that has obscured us from what is real.  In doing so, we need to be in touch with our senses to respond instinctively in the moment to bring ourselves out of the illusions that have enslaved us.

We are in the centre of the Rainstorm trecena now and the best way to be with it is to be present with it.  We may be present in reflective and visionary ways too.  The Aztec Mayan sacred count has shown itself to me as a complete miracle that empowers the return to love, self, nature and well being. 

As we unite we empower the dream of the Earth to birth herself into newness with her.  I left behind my daily sharing of the day keeping and kept it myself only to discover that it is a vital part of my well being.  I see how each day flows on in multiple spirals of ascending energy.

Ik/Wind - breathes spirit that leads to honest living
Akbal/Night - dreams the dream of freedom to dawn a new day
Kan/Maize - grows the awareness of life and living
Chicchan/Serpent - initiates life force through the senses
Cimi/Death - freedom from attachments that were temporary and opening to new

Lamat/Star - we shine and raise our frequency to share
Muluc/Water - we are guided by sensitivity - through the waters we share that have memory

Ahau/Sun - We realise ourselves as our I AM, our saviour one with Source, that we are the ones we have been waiting for.

See how each of the 20 day signs flows on from the other.  There are a myriad of sacred patterns in the sacred codes of time.  You may refer to Dr Carl Calleman's work on this if you are someone who needs more evidence, but ultimately today, through our senses, we may grow life force and serve creation best, by just being in conscious connection with nature.

May we make the great return to the true time that our hearts resonate together with FOR our planet and all of creation.  May we unite in the simplicity of what ascension really is and enter into the experience of vibrant health and well being for all - and we will as we share in divine will.

PS: The Gregorian calendar installed by Pope Gregory through the Vatican still largely dominates our consciousness.  This is a calendar whose energy is based upon commerce, the harnessing of energy that depletes most and draws upon our planets resources in a way that is like rape and pillage.  

A return to natural time which moves in waves and not straight lines, the honouring of cycles, the keeping of what is sacred, the love of nature, our planet, our tribes and ourselves is the return to freedom.  It's good to see the Vatican breaking down.  It is a sign that the strong holds of captivity are breaking down and potentially all the harm will cease and be healed.

Now let's do what we can to birth with the Earth anew and be free, happy, healthy and a blessing to all of creation.

Rātapu, 3 Poutūterangi 2019.  Would you like the ultimate in health?  The ultimate in health is when we are all free, united and at peace.  We may come together with a united intention or focus for one another, for this time and for the birthing of Papatūānuku's (Pachamama's/Mother Earth's) dream of freedom.

She has been patient in her plea for us all to connect with her.  She has given us all so many opportunities to commune with her in nature and to align with her dream.  We share this dream of freedom, of birthing the new and it is inevitable.  Some will share in the dream and others will choose not to.

5 Akbal/Night in the Aztec Mayan sacred count is today's energies and it is also the beginning of a day cycle of the ninth wave which means that the energy will stay with us.  Please join this event that Sean Caulfield is arranging.  Let's do this as one in keeping with the sacred Aztec Mayan count of time, in keeping of the dawning Papatūānuku's (Pachamama/Earth Mother) dream born of our hearts to return to love, joy, peace and freedom from the dualistic mind.

We are co-creator's and it is out of our hearts desires in attunement with nature that we go forth with now, greatly cleansed of the old and eager for the new. May it be so - and so it is.
